1. What This Site Is

Flagstaff Septic Pros ("we," "us," "our") operates flagstaffsepticpros.com as an independent local referral/matching service. We connect homeowners with independent, third-party septic contractors and haulers who are not our employees, agents, subcontractors, or partners. Flagstaff Septic Pros does not perform septic pumping, repair, installation, or any other licensed contracting work, is not itself a licensed contractor, and does not send anyone to your property to perform work. When you submit a request through this site, we pass it to an independent provider, and any contract, quote, payment, or work performed is solely between you and that provider — not with Flagstaff Septic Pros.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use this site.

3. Eligibility — 18 and Older

This site and its SMS/text program are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a request or opting in to receive messages, you represent that you are 18 or older.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you opt in via the consent checkbox on our request form, Flagstaff Septic Pros and the specific independent septic contractor or hauler matched to your request may send you text messages related to your service request — for example, confirming your request, scheduling, or following up about a quote.

• Message frequency varies depending on your request and how the matched provider follows up.
• Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out of messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You may receive one final confirmation message.
• For help, reply HELP, or contact us via our Contact page.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing any service.
• Carrier liability disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for message delivery delays or failures caused by your carrier, device, or network conditions.
• Supported carriers may vary; not all carriers support every feature of our SMS program.

5. No Guarantee of Provider Licensing, Insurance, or Work Quality

Providers we match you with report being licensed and insured, and for the companies named on our best-of guide specifically, we independently verify current Arizona Registrar of Contractors license status via the ROC's own Contractor Search tool at the time of publication. That said, we do not guarantee any provider's current licensing, insurance, bonding, work quality, pricing, or timeliness — license status can change after we verify it, and providers matched outside our best-of guide are not independently pre-verified by us at all. Always verify a contractor's current Arizona Registrar of Contractors CR-41 license (for installation/repair) or ADEQ septage hauler license (for pumping), and their insurance, directly before hiring.

6. Cost & Permit Information

Cost figures, permit fees, and similar information on this site are provided for general informational purposes, sourced and dated as described on each page and on our About page. They are estimates based on published national, regional, and (where available) Arizona-specific data — not a quote, and not a guarantee of what any specific project will cost. Get an actual quote from a matched provider for pricing specific to your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flagstaff Septic Pros and its owners/operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from: (a) work performed, not performed, or performed improperly by any independent provider you're matched with; (b) any dispute between you and a provider; (c) reliance on cost, permit, or soil-suitability information published on this site; or (d) delays or failures in message or call delivery. This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Coconino County, Arizona.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
